Meet Jennifer
My name is Jennifer Clark and I am the founder and owner of Firefly 7. I am a 36 year old entrepreneur, administrative consultant and business support specialist living in the beautiful state of Vermont.
Professional Background
I have been working in the administrative support field for over 15 years. Upon leaving the Navy, I started working as an assistant in a large company in Hartford, Connecticut. After some time as an administrative/executive assistant I moved to the position of administrator within a large law firm. I enjoyed the in depth details of the law field and was promoted to the position of paralegal supporting a large group of attorneys. Following my successful career in Hartford, I relocated to Northampton, Massachusetts to assume the role of managing paralegal in a boutique law firm. In addition to work, I decided to resume my undergraduate studies while still working more than forty hours per week. It was during this time that I found my true passion of managing, marketing and supporting a small business, and helping that business grow. I then decided to switch gears and focus my degree on business management. It was a smart decision to make, and I truly love every aspect of my career. I have also developed a passion for web design and have earned design awards and recognition for sites I have created.
Why I went into business
The reasons I started Firefly were simple. I have always enjoyed new challenges and helping others succeed. It is my passion to help business owners grow successful businesses and is a responsibility I take very seriously. I have also found that small business owners are too often overwhelmed and need support in many different areas in order for their businesses to remain successful. However, for many small businesses, it is not always cost effective to take on new full-time staff. For many of them, hiring a consultant is much more cost effective. It is my goal to take some of the burden off of the business owner, help promote their business and do whatever it takes to increase growth.

I truly love my work and helping my clients reach their goals. My clients will attest that I am always available to help. With very few exceptions, I am available for my clients 7 days a week. While I do have a support team, I am the main point person for Firefly, so you will always deal with someone you know and trust. It's important to me that I give my undivided attention to every detail of your project. My goal is to offer complete personalized service, and by having enough support, I will never make you feel as though I am crunched for time and will always provide you with the highest quality work. I will bring enthusiasm and a positive mindset to your business. Rest assured you can always count on me to lend a helping hand.
